Service Description
California Concealed Carry Permit for Non-Residents Thanks for your interest in obtaining a California Concealed Carry Permit as a non-resident! To ensure you fully understand the process before registering, we strongly recommend giving us a call or sending a text to (443) 885-0695. We're here to help you every step of the way. This course includes two required parts, and you must register for both to begin the process: Complete the 16-hour required training provided by Riverside CCW. You can register for that course by reaching out to us directly for the link. The cost is $325.00. Return to this page to register for your live fire qualification with us. Live fire can be done at any date and time at your convenience. We will schedule you once you are registered. Pick any time available on the day you are registering. Cancellation Policy
By booking with Elite Tactical Solutions (E.T.S.), you agree to the following terms: 1. All Sales Final All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be returned for any reason. Please ensure you’re ready and available before registering. 2. Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules or late notice (under 48 hrs) will incur a $25 fee. 3. Tardiness We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule and pay a $50 fee, since your spot could’ve gone to another student. 4. No-Shows No-shows forfeit their class and must rebook at full price. No exceptions. 5. Transfers Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in advance (min. 24 hours notice). Name changes must be submitted in writing. 6. Weather or Instructor Delays If class must be rescheduled due to weather, instructor emergency, or range issues, we’ll notify you and reschedule at no cost. FIREARM SAFETY All firearms must arrive unloaded and remain cased or holstered until told otherwise. No live ammo allowed in the classroom unless otherwise stated. You do not need to bring your personal firearm until Sunday, unless instructed. Unsafe behavior results in immediate removal without refund. Always follow instructor commands. LIABILITY WAIVER By attending training, you acknowledge: Firearms training carries inherent risk, including injury or death. You release E.T.S., instructors, and affiliated locations from liability for injury or loss. You confirm you are legally allowed to possess firearms.
